Artist Driven Asia Tour // Part One: Bangkok

Three of the world’s top graffiti artists, Pose, Vizie, and Steel of the LRG Artist Driven team head out on an Asian tour in search of inspiration with their eyes and minds wide open, documented in two mini documentaries by KC Ortiz and Dylan Maddux.

First stop; Bangkok, where the team hooks up and collaborates with local artists Chip7/D30, Cyder/MSK, P7 and are shown the town by Leo Chuves and DJ NP from Mighty One, Way, Day, and Kahn from Thaitanium and the Bangkok Invaders crew with DJ Buddha and team for an intense three and a half days in the Thai capital city.

FAITH 47 & DAL

Graffiti artists Faith 47 and Dal left their mark in Rochester, NY. The soon to be married couple traveled from Cape Town, South Africa along with 2 other artists known as, MAK 1 and Ricky Lee Gordon. This unique project, visual intervention, was put together by Ian Wilson, a local art enthusiast and friend. With much work, the project was approved by the city of Rochester.

A series of experimental ad-lib exhibited by Gantz5 graffiti art crew in 2012 in Macau.

The aim is to explore the relationship between the exhibits, galleries and sponsors. The slogan of this event “NOT ONLY, BUT ALSO …”, which imply the event challenges all the norms of thought and current art scene in Macau. The project recently implemented in one of the heritage of Macau for their beginning, all exhibition venue and timing are randomly selected which creates curiosity.
