Space Cadet is a 132-page graphic novel drawn entirely on etchboards, accompanied by a “still picture score” composed and recorded by Kid Koala. This charming story of an adventurous space cadet and her guardian robot touches on the relationship between technology and isolation, celebrating the idea of connectivity through family and the cycles that build generations.
Part 2 of 2. Our exploration continues, taking us further abroad. Upon returning, the guilt of inherited longing becomes overshadowed by the despair of our own existence.

Using projection mapping onto street furniture, a dandypunk travels through various fantastical worlds, interacting with strange characters and treacherous landscapes, in the hope of unfolding the secrets and learning the techniques from the ancient book of “The Alchemy of Light”.

Each note from the instruments is represented by a geometric shape in the animation; while these shapes move in sync with the song, they also form the parts that create the subway itself.

When a lonely young woman in London faces an ever growing loss of identity, the only thing she can cling onto are her melancholic devotion to her snake and plants. Unfortunately flora doesn’t talk back and her snake is radiating a mysterious glare as ever. Mysteriously her plant shows her that there is enlightenment to be found sipping through the cracks of consciousness. She decides to see how deep the rabbit hole goes and aligns back with her true self.

Koralie wurde 1977 in Montpellier, Frankreich geboren und lebt und arbeitet heute in Brooklyn, New York. Verheiratet ist sie mit dem Künstler Supakitch, mit dem sie auch kreativ zusammenarbeitet.
